Basic Job Description

  • Provide individual and couples counseling services in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.

  • Collaborate with clients to explore and process emotions, develop coping skills, and promote personal growth and resilience.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be registered as an Associate or Licensed clinician with the proper Board in the state of California.

  • Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.

  • Commitment to cultural humility and inclusivity in clinical practice.

  • Reliable access to technology for virtual counseling sessions.
