Individual Counseling

Individual psychotherapy treatment sessions are virtual one-to-one meetings between you and therapist. These sessions last from 50-60 minutes, typically once a week.

Throughout our sessions we will collaboratively identify your goals and work towards resolving your difficulties. We explore your current and past relationships with the goal of helping you process past traumas, current fears, and equip you with the skills you need to lead a more meaningful, fulfilling life.

Couples Therapy

Couple sessions are typically 60-90 minutes depending on need of client. These sessions may be weekly or bi-weekly.

Our therapists are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a short-term form of therapy that focuses on adult relationships and attachment. The therapist and clients look at patterns in the relationship and take steps to create a more secure bond and develop more trust to move the relationship in a healthier, more positive direction.
